Return Policy (30 Days)
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
In addition, we do not accept returns for hazardous or hygiene-related products.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product. Once your return is approved, you can simply place a new order.
🇪🇺 European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing any reason.
The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
