Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, you must submit any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Any requests after this time will be rejected. Your order can be returned for a full refund upon receipt.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments
How long does it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders may take 2-4 weeks to arrive.
What should I do if I don't receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipment, you are eligible for a full refund.
Are there any customs duties and taxes charged?
The prices on our site are tax-free in euros, which means you may be required to pay import duties and taxes upon receipt of your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order reaches its final destination. These are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and is not covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs in your country. What should I do if the items I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact us if you have received incorrect, missing, and/or defective items. Upon receipt of your package, please include your order number, photos of the item(s), and all related references. We will do our utmost to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to your card-issuing bank within 7 to 10 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request. If you have any questions about when the credit will appear on your account, please contact your card-issuing bank.
If you haven't received credit for your return, please do the following:
